At LIV.UNIQUE we believe that it is important to try before you buy, however we also strongly believe that you should receive the correct samples for your skin type or concern. With any order at you have an option to receive 2 samples of your choice at checkout.

What credit cards are accepted on your site? Can I use PayPal?

We accept American Express, MasterCard, and Visa cards, and we also accept PayPal payments as well. Unfortunately, we do not accept checks or money orders.

Does your company test their products on animals?

LIV.UNIQUE does not conduct tests for cosmetic products on animals. We are convinced that the development of cosmetic products must avoid the utilization of test animals and therefore, we are deeply committed to the elimination of animal testing. We are hopeful that alternative testing methods will be adopted worldwide and we will see an end to animal testing. This policy not only meets the wishes of many consumers, but also reflects the progress of scientific research and the corresponding legal requirements.

What kind of product safety testing do you do?

Our professional and conscientious safety assessments are based on the relevant criteria laid down in the legislation and by recognized expert bodies. We test each individual substance and combinations of different substances using special test methods to ensure stability and effectivity and that they pose no threat to health and are compatible with the skin.

Once opened how long will my product remain fresh?

Please refer to the packaging of your product where you will see an illustration of a jar with a number on it. This is the period after opening date which conveys, in months, when the product is set to expire once it is opened. In general, ingredients are designed to stay active for 12 months from opening.

I have concerns that there are heavy metals in cosmetic products, are there?

Consumer safety is our top priority. Heavy metals are not added to our products and we carefully scrutinize all raw materials in order to comply with the strictest worldwide regulations (USA, Canada, EU, Japan, & Asia). LIV.UNIQUE skincare products are proudly toxin free.
